NOTE: premise just started resuming food services a few weeks ago due to the pandemic at about 25% of what was provided prior to the pandemic
Food Services are every Tuesdays evenings (open to the public for charitable purposes)

Reviewed the Manual Wash Method with operator -wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach >100ppm as per Chlorine Test Strips
General sanitation very good -no signs of pests -operator has a pest monitoring program in place -live traps observed throughout
Food contact surfaces sanitized with paper towels or single-use cloth towels -okay

NOTE: the next cleaning date for the exhaust hoods is expired (sticker on the hoods) -these hoods must be regularly cleaned of the grease
