- Dishwasher has now been fixed, final rinse at plate level 50ppm chlorine Note: - Dishwasher was not turned on at the start of the inspection. - Three compartment sink was in use. - Please frequently refresh the QUAT sanitizer and do not dilute sanitizer. - Sanitizer must be changed when the sanitizer becomes murky.
