-Renovations have been done to the Deli, plans were submitted however updated plans were not. Submit accurate updated plans to EHO.
-Renovation includes sushi bar, additional hot foods have been added.
-coolers at 4C, hot cases at 60C and freezer at -18C
-all temperature logs, cleaning logs etc are on clip boards
-new rice sheeter for sushi bar, cleaning procedures in procedure binder. Ensure all staff are aware of cleaning and sanitizing procedures and it is logged on log sheet.
-new cooler to be installed (on order) to prevent customers from accessing sushi area, in the mean time displays are in place to prevent access
-Call EHO once starbucks to go and soup wells have been installed for follow up inspection.
-Health Approval Granted to start operation
