Observation: - Clean utensils and equipment stored on the floor at the time of inspection (under 3-compartment sink near a discharge pipe; near back door).
- Few food items stored uncovered in the prep. cooler and double stack.
- Bag of onion stored on the floor near a middle storage shelf.
Corrective Action(s): -Today. Properly clean and sanitize equipment and utensils and stored in a sanitary manner.
- Immediately. Cover all food items.
- Keep all food off the floor.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Food storage is acceptable but required improvement (see violation sections).

Staff washroom supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels.

- Space limitation and extended menu make it difficult to keep up with sanitation & safe food preparation.

Friendly Reminder:
1. Please limited preparation to few items per day from your menu.
2. Display cooler must be kept at 4C or below. Please do not turn it off. If it is too much cold - adjust temperature of the cooler.
Note: Keep not potentially hazardous sweets in a display case/or keep food samples in the case and indicate that it is for display only.
Or display small amount of sweets only for 2 hours but a time tracking is required.
3. Staff washroom door must be closed all the time.
