Observation: - Rodent droppings observed behind dishwasher, inside storage room (where soda dispenser equipment used to be located), and behind beverage cooler next to entrance door.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean above noted areas. [Correction Date: 10-March-2023]

- Notify your pest control company and follow all recommendations.
- Ensure all potential entry points (gaps/ cracks/ openings/ etc.) are tightly sealed to prevent pest entry. Seal gap under entrance door doorsweep and gaps along window coverings edges.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.

Note: Drywall adjacent to back handsink is appearing to deteriorate due to exposure high moisture. Ensure that the wall (and all surfaces) are maintained in good repair and are sooth, washable, and impervious to moisture.
