Walk-in cooler, stand-up cooler, and display cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the dry storage area and walk-in cooler and freezer.
Meat slicer currently being used at the time of inspection.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
