Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Temperature log was well maintained. Back area: Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Dry storage area - all food products are stored on shelves. Pest control in place. Note: Faucet in the 3 comp sink is leaking. Repair this unit,
