Observation: Observed rodent droppings around the perimeter of the facility, especially on the shelves where bags or flour are stored.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas were droppings are found. Ensure thorough cleaning of flour and food debris at the end of each day. Sanitize all food contact surfaces at the start of each day. Replace the backdoor sweep that has gaps on the sides.

Comments

- Handsink available with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Temperatures of all fridges and freezers were adequate.
- Pest control done by the owner. The owner has been monitoring the traps on a regular basis, has sealed the gap around the pipes in the washroom and has moved garbage bins away from the backdoor. The owner has indicated that mice may be getting in during delivery. Communicate with the delivery personnel to prevent pest entry during delivery.
