Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Speaker for playing music was placed on the food preparation area on the prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not place the speaker on any food contact surfaces or close to food. Speaker can not be sanitized properly and can contaminate food or food contact surfaces. Clean and sanitize the food preparation area on the prep cooler after removing the speaker.

- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in pails and from the dispenser.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Ice machine and scoop maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food items stored off the ground and organized.
