Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO facility lacked sanitizer solution. Staff stated sanitizer solution was made from previous day.

Prior to the start of food production sanitizer solution is to be made so that it can be in use throughout food production.

Observation: Food debris found on kitchen floor throughout. Third party cleaning company employed for cleaning of floors.
Some milk crates used for dry storage. Milk crates are not ideal as under these items the floor can not be adequately cleaned.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure third party cleaning company is cleaning all the way under equipment in hard to reach areas. Food debris is getting stuck under equipment against electrical cables.
Obtain additional grey storage units.
