Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer measuing 100ppm was made at time of inspection. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Front handwashing sink blocked by cooling racks. 2) Back handwashing sink covered with wooden chopping block. When removed, chunk of food was in drain; this required a screwdriver to be removed. Corrective Action(s): Handwashing sinks must not be obstructed at any time.
