Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DDJC-BM7UJG of Feb-27-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Low temperature dishwasher - last cycle is not supplied with 50ppm of bleach as per sanitation procedure. Correction: At the present time - please utilized your 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing ( larger equipment ) and add manually chlorine in the last cycles. Also, check that dishwasher is following the rinse/wash/ sanitize cycle.
