Routine inspection - Hand washing station maintained. - Bleach available to make sanitizer as needed. - Residential Dish washer in good working order. Dishes/implements stored in sanitary condition. - Floor noted clean and food stored in cabinets. - Pest control plan implemented and mice traps noted in the kitchen and by the back door. No sign of pest activity noted at this date. - Food stored in Upright fridge was at or below 4 degree C. Freezer temperature measured at or below -18 C. - General sanitation is overall good. No concerns at this time. The commissary kitchen utilizes also for Temp.Food events in the park. A copy of this report sent to the facility operator.
