Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, paper towels -Freezers at -18 deg C or less -All coolers (3 walk in coolers in back area, and display coolers in grocery store area) were at <4 deg C -2 comp sink available to wash utensils and produce -Crushed ice machine is for produce display only, not for consumption -Operator indicated no food prep is done in the back -General sanitation satisfactory -Prepackaged food items in display freezer labelled"Veggie Samosa" did not have a complete label on it (ie. no list of ingredients, best before dates, keep refrigerated, etc). Operator indicated they were from Simon's Specialty Foods located in Richmond BC. Will follow up.
