Comments

- Routine inspection for pizza kitchen, which is separate from the meat processing and front retail area.
- Hand sinks (front retail area, back pizza kitchen, and staff washroom) were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Triple-sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions. Bleach available for sanitizing.
- Ready-to-eat menu items include pizza and fried chicken only. Smoking of meats (for pizza toppings) also done on this side of the facility.
- Pizza prep cooler not in use.
- Back glass-door cooler measured at 2C
- Walk-in cooler (shared with meat production side) measured at 1C.
- Walk-in freezer (shared with meat production side) measured at -19C.
- No hot-holding at this facility.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored properly covered and not directly on floor.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
