Hand wash stations provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (chlorine) measured 100 ppm.
Low temp. dishwasher had >50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface.
Walk-in coolers were at 3-4 deg C. Walk-in freezer registered at -18 deg or colder.
Prep line coolers were at 3-5 deg C.
Prep line freezers were at -18 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties, chicken nuggets, etc. was 60 deg C or hotter.
Hot holding for breakfast (sausage, muffins, etc.) was 60 deg C or hotter.
Food Safety Log available and up to date.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
All food were protected from contamination.
Dining area and washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Staff area and washrooms were clean and tidy.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
-Some debris noted behind and underneath equipment. Staff cleaned underneath at time of inspection.
These areas are cleaned on a regular basis as part of the overall sanitation plan.
