- Time recording for two hour pizza holding in place - recordings occurring during time of inspection - EXCELLENT WORK!!
- Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- One functional sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Ice machine in good sanitary condition
- Proper re-heating methods observed for previously cooked food items
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Vegetable chopper stored in good sanitary condition

NOTE: Sink plug is jammed into middle rinse sink - repair and obtain additional sink plug if plug is broken during removal.
