Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sliced lemons (in sugar syrup) observed being held at ambient room temperature on a shelf in the kitchen. Employee on duty at time of visit stated that they believed it was left out of the fridge by accident and transferred the container to the refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cut/sliced fruits are stored in the refrigerator to prevent growth of microbes. Only whole/uncut produce can be stored without refrigeration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach sanitizer solution is not being used regularly to sanitize food contact surfaces throughout the day.
Corrective Action(s): Use the sanitizer solution (in the spray bottle) whenever the wiping cloths are used on surfaces in the establishment

- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with exception of the unit beside the gelato display freezer (~6-7 Celsius in drawer)
*Contact a service technician to determine if the temperature setting on the refrigerator can be lowered to ensure the temperature is maintained at/below 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration (in spray bottle)
