Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C53SQZ.
All outstanding infractions in report#JCHY-C53SQZ have been corrected:
-NSF 184 approved residential dishwasher purchased. Model#DW80K5050US purchased is within NSF 184 database. UL certified residential dishwasher as indicated in the sticker. Residential dishwasher has sanitizing cycle.
-Domestic dishwasher has a 2.5 hour run cycle.
-Temperature logs indicates that final rinse temperature reaches between 162F-170F.

NOTE: Ensure that temperature logs of the residential dishwasher is being recorded everyday and that the dishwasher reaches at least 150F in the final rinse cycle.
