Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, several fried meats and fried tofu was found stored at rooms temperature.
- Staff informed that it was taken out of walk-in cooler for order 15 minutes ago but it was not stored away.
- Ambient temperature at 10C
- Foods were stored back into walk-in cooler after discussion
Corrective Action(s): - NO POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS CAN BE STORED/ DISPLAYED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
- Ensure staff understand that foods must be stored in walk-in cooler immediately if not being used.

Observation: 1. Not all food products in walk-in and preparation coolers were covered and protected from contamination
2. One small food container was stored on floor of walk-in freezer and was not covered
3. One large container of coconut cream/milk was found in prep cooler stored in tin can
Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2) Ensure to keep all food covered with sealable lids or plastic wrap to protect foods from contamination
3) Ensure that when canned products are opened, they are stored in a different container afterwards, to protect from possible metal corrosion

Observation: - Some rodent droppings located in dry storage area underneath shelving.
- Few droppings observed on floor underneath pop syrups
Corrective Action(s): - Daily checks and monitoring must continue
- Remove all evidence of pests (for example: rodent droppings)
- Continue to plug all entry points in facility
- Clean and sanitize all areas daily

Corrective Action(s): - AT LEAST ONE STAFF MEMBER MUST HAVE VALID FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION ON SHIFT AT ALL TIMES!
- Ensure that adequate number of staff are enrolled in Foodsafel Level 1 to ensure that at least one staff member has foodsafe certification during hours of operation.

Routine inspection conducted.

- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Temperatures meet health requirements:
* Meat walk-in cooler at 1C
* Veg walk- in cooler at 3C
* Walk in freezer at -24C
* All undercounter coolers at 4C or below
* Hot holding unit holding rice at >60C

- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Low temperature dishwasher available, final rinse for chlorine residual at 50ppm
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottle, concentration at 200ppm, ensure there is always adequate supply
- Pest Control Program in place, continue to follow Pest Control Operator recommendations
