Bleach solution in spray bottle at approximately 200 ppm. Kept in cupboard. Sani-bucket on counter has cloths but is empty of solution. **Keep spray bottle on counter and use each time counter is wiped, or implement use of sani-bucket (preferred) with bleach solution so cloths can soak in bucket. This would require the bucket to be replaced every two hours as the cloth will eat up the bleach. Dishwasher temperature 77 C at plate. handwash stations ok. cooling units less than 4 C. Frezer around -12 C. Gauge shows -7 C. Monitor and ensure unit operates at or close to -18 C. No pest activity noted.
