General Comments: Hand washing station is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitation bottle provided with quats @200 ppm General cleanliness is satisfactory. No sign of pests observed at the time of inspection All coolers are equipped with thermometers. 3 door cooler is at or below 4C - good Ice cream freezer is -25C - good 3 door pop cooler is @ 10C. Operator stated that this cooler is used only to store pops, bottle water and drinks - no hazardous food observed. Covid-19 Safety Plan is in place - Covid signs are posted.
