No packaging or production. -Produce, meat, and dairy areas inspected -General sanitation is satisfactory -Handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -All coolers at < or = 4C -All freezers at < or = -18C -Temperatures are monitored electronically. Alarms go off if temperatures are too high. -All food items are stored on pallets -Cleaning schedules in place for each section of the warehouse. Spills are cleaned regularly. -QA inspects produce for quality issues -No signs of pests observed during inspection.
