Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station at the back adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Bulk bin area satisfactory. Scoops stored in proper manner- handles not in contact with food.
-Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing.
Ensure to obtain a new bottle of bleach before the current one runs out.
-Cutting boards/knives for produce cutting washed/sanitized using bleach.
Ensure all are washed with soap and warm water --> soaked in 200ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water) solution for at least 2 minutes --> air dried after EACH USE, as discussed at this time.
-Traps in place. No evidence of rodent activity observed at this time.
-Staffs monitor for droppings and check traps themselves on a regular basis. OK.
-General sanitation level for the front area satisfactory, back area requires improvement.

NOTE: Correction Order issued on Aug. 9, 2017 by the previous inspector rescinded at this time.
Ensure to continue having the handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times. DO NOT use reusable towels for drying hands.

NOTE: Produce cooler along the right side of the store being repaired at this time. All food items stored in the walk-in cooler until the repair is finished.
Follow-up inspection will be conducted on/before Monday, June 17, 2019.
