Comments

- All fridges are maintaining foods at 4C or colder
- Remove cardboard from shelves in walk-in cooler
- All freezers are -18C or colder
- Since providing soft serve ice cream for immediate consumption. Operator requires a permit.
- ensure temperatures are being monitored and recorded
- ensure there is someone with Foodsafe certification onsite at all times
- Chemicals being stored separate from foods
- Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink

Note: A sample of soft serve was collected to be submitted to BC CDC Food Laboratory as part of a routine screening. Approx 250mls collected.
