Observation: One box of muffin mix had been chewed through and several plastic packages of muffin mix had been chewed through.

Observation: Rat droppings found in the furnace room, along walls and around pallets. One box containing muffin mix had been chewed on by rats.
Corrective Action(s): a) All foods must be in pest proof containers. Cardboard boxes are not sufficient.
b) Contact pest control to come on site again. The last visit was February 2, 2018.
c) Clean all droppings with a bleach solution.
