- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher (main kitchen) dispensed 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at 50C during rinse cycle.
- Glass washer (bar) dispensed 12.5ppm iodine sanitizer. Handwashing stations at the bar fully stocked with soap/paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles/red buckets at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects monthly.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units > 60C.
- Daily temperature log/sanitizer log are done digitally.
- Thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
