Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -large pot of chicken feet in walk in cooler cooling.
Internal temperature @ 58 deg. C. Was prepared & placed in cooler 30 minutes ago as per operator. This was corrected during inspection. Operator place chicken in container of ice and ice wand in the chicken feet soup.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that proper cooling procedures are always followed. Place food in cooler for cooling after internal temperature reached 20 deg. C. A correction order was given, further incompliance will result in possible enforcement action.

Corrective Action(s): -continue monitoring for pest activity. Maintain a high level of sanitation and ensure pest control company comes every week.

This inspection done by EHO student.
The following items have been corrected
-handsink near dishwashing area has been repaired
-Ice machine has been washed and most of the mould has been removed. *additional cleaning required to remove all mould.
-all food in coolers have been covered with saran wrap
-all cleaning that was noted in the previous report have been completed. *Increase level of sanitation
-baseboard near walk in cooler #3 have been repaired
-missing ceiling tile have been replaced
