- The following items have been discussed:
--> Two new shelving racks have been added - one next to mop sink, another outside walk-in cooler on the side.
* Operator can use half the space as office, and use another half as storage (shelving rack), as per original approved plan.
--> Operator has brought the biggest equipment (pot) to inspection. The pot is 18 in in width and 20 inch in depth. Pot is able to go through dishwasher.
* The agreement is to change the 2-compartment sink to a deeper dimension (min. 18 inch instead of current 11 inch) to avoid automatic closure should dishwasher fails.
--> Operator (4361 Kingsway BC Restaurant Ltd) will take FOODSAFE.

Condition for health approval
(1) 2-compartment dishwashing sink will be changed to a deeper sink (min 18 inch in depth). This is to be done within ONE month
(2) Operator (4361 Kingsway BC Restaurant Ltd) is to take FOODSAFE (or equivalent) Within TWO months.

* Please also be reminded on prep sinks as written on initial report #260690 dated December 28, 2022 - Should Fraser Health notice any storage or throwing issues in the future, bigger and/or deeper prep sinks will be required.
