Premise in general is sanitary. No signs of pests.
Hot and cold running water available.
Hand sinks in use with liquid soap paper towels and running water.
300 ppm quat sanitizer in use in wash buckets.
Food protected from contamination.
Soup warmer not in use at the time of inspection.
All fridges at 4C or below.
Temperature monitoring for all units in use.
Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Single use items and condiments are sanitary.
Valid permit posted in visible location.

Recommendation - the single use butter cups on display are used up or discarded in 2 hours but indicate they require refrigeration. I would recommend having this display container suspended in ice to keep the butter cups cool.
