Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dicer was found to have food debris on the blade.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dicer is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Dicer may need to be soaked prior to washing or a brush can be used to manually clean the dicer.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 15, 2023.
-Operator stated two technician were on-site to service the cooler unit. Operator was unable to determine what service was carried out. Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator observed washing his hands properly at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods stored in opened metal cans at the time of inspection.
-Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
