Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned item. Can opener blade must be cleaned after each use or after 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Non-food grade QUATs spray observed to be used to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach sanitizer spray bottle to measure at 100-200ppm chlorine to be available in the kitchen area at all times to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: Observed food preparation tables to prepare baked goods (cupcakes, pastries) near the front of the front entrance door.
Corrective Action(s): Revert back to originally approved floorplan. No food preparation is permitted at the front entrance due to no readily accessible handwashing sink. Corrected by: August 10, 2023.

Observation: As per previous report#NSTD-CQDQGF, operator has not provided satisfactory Sanitation Plan regarding installation of dishwasher and new equipement (kettle, etc.).
Corrective Action(s): Submit updated Sanitation Plan on cleaning method, frequency of new equipment and dishwasher parameters. Corrected by: February 1, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Faciltiy Approved for: CAtering Service with use of single-use utensils.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.7C final rinse temperature.
Walk-in coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vent in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.
