Observation: 1. Ice formation observed in all walk in freezers near evaporator
2. Multiple products observed to be overstocked and filled past the fill line (frozen aisle bunkers, paneer)

Observation: Build up of food debris under shelving (produce display, bakery shelving, general aisle shelving)

Observation: Light fixture in walk-in cooler observed to be hanging by two wires. Light still functional and missing shielding.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature:
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units meet the regulatory requirements.
- Temperatures of display coolers & walk-in cooler was maintained at 4C or less.
- Temperatures of freezers was maintained at least -18C.

Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm QUATS at 3-compartment sink at fruit preparation/trimming area.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- No bulk items were sold on site. Facility received pre-packaged food.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separately.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.
