Observation: Limited number of drain flies noted in dishwashign pit and in the bar near beverage dispnesers. Pest control implemented by a pest control company. Importance of cleaning and sanitizing general surfaces discussed with the operator to control the issue.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to increase frequency of cleaning and sanitizing general surfaces specially around the bar and beverage dispensers.
- Ensure to clean and rinse beverage dispenser when not in use.
- DO NOT leave sugary bevrages outside for long.
- Ensure no stagnant water on floors, mop sink, mop bucket etc.
- Dry floor if pooling water noted.

Continue to follow instructions from your pest control company.

Routine inspection conducted at this date.

Reminders:
1- Ensure water flow in hot water tap at hand washing station next to ice maker is properly adjusted so that hot water easily available for food handlers. 2- Ensure to clean rubber seal around doors on coolers and freezers. Ensure no build ups or black stains left on both side of the facings.

Kitchen:
- Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Staff noted hand wash at the time of this inspection. Proper use of single use gloves noted.
- Staff hygiene noted overall good.
- Walk in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. All other coolers in kitchen measured at or below 4 C. Temperature monitoring log kept updated daily.
-- Good separation of raw/cooked food observed. half cooked Chicken noted properly handled. Raw chicken kept separated. All food kept at least 6 inch above floor.
- Walk in freezer measured at -18 C or colder. Floor in walk in freezer is to be cleaned.
- Dry storage noted clean and maintained. Food stored properly on shelve.
- Ice maker noted clean and ice scoop stored in sanitary manner.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Mop sink maintained.
- Customer washrooms maintained.
- Sanitizer available in right chemical residual by manufacturer. Test strips available for sanitizer and glass washer sanitizer.
- Dish washer registered at 50C in wash cycle and 100 ppm chlorine residue in final rinse water. Flow of dishes and drying rack maintained.

Bar:
- Hand washing station available.
- 25 ppm IODIN detected in final rinse water of Glass washer.
