Re-opening inspection after renovation Deli renovation has been completed as per plan. Health approval provided. General comments: - New ceiling tiles and lighting installed. - Stainless steel counters and new cabinetry installed. Cosmetic changes and no displacement. - Commercial grade cooler and casings installed and in good working condition. - New Soup hot holding unit installed. - Flooring finish completed throughout and easy to clean. - 3-comp sink sealed to the wall properly. new caulking noted. - No changes to walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer - Hand washing stations are placed as before and in good working order. Liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser noted. - New cheese casing and cooler in bakery measured at 4C or colder. Thermometer noted. - Sanitizer QUAT available 200-400 ppm concentration. Test strip is to be obtained and QUAT concentration is to be checked regularly. - No change to high temp dish washer. A copy of this report sent to the operator. No concerns regarding operation.
