Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Hand washing stations located in the front and back of the kitchen were satsifactory.
3 compartment sink available.
Bleach (chlorine used as sanitized) Ensure sanitizing solution is not over concentrated with chlorine. Only mix 25ml (1 cap of bleach) with 4 liters of water.
General sanitization satisfactory.
Cooler units less than or equal to 4C.
Hot holding of pizzas at 60C
Chest freezer at -18C.
Food items stored 6 inches off the ground.
