This is an improper hand washing method.
Remove the gloves, wash your hands, then put new gloves on, after each use.

Clean the place thoroughly and make it a habit to clean it more frequently.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food equipment was wrapped in saran wrap. Saran wrap is not suitable material for this because it is not durable and easy to clean.
Remove the saran wrap and do not use it for this purpose.

Observation: High temp dishwasher is out of order.
This is needed to adequately sanitize dishes.
Until the dishwasher is fixed used the 2 compartment sink;
1) Wash dishes with soap and water
2) Rinse with warm water
3) Dispense in sanitizer solution by mixing 1 teaspoon of chlorine (bleach) solution with 1 litre of water
4) Air dry
