Ensure to obtain a separate approval for business license from the city. - No change in the layout - Corporate food safety plan & sanitation plan to be used. Physical plans to be available on site in a binder. - All handsinks (front, back washroom) are fully equipped. - All coolers ( 2 prep, 1 drink, 2 upright inside kitchen, 1 prep inside kitchen)at 4deg C or below. - Upright freezer inside kitchen at -18deg C or below. - Quat sanitizer in spray bottles & from secure measured at 200ppm. - High temperature dishwasher reached 71deg C or above at plate level during the final rinse - Foodsafe level 1 certified staff on site. - Monthly pest control by third party pest control company - General sanitation satisfactory - Permit fee of $137.50 collected in cheque #1062 for the rest of fiscal year 2023 May - 2024 March. - Permit granted to operate.
