Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Temperature of cooked and raw meats in the above counter refrigerated make table was too warm. The unit was not working. Ice put under the inserts was unable to keep the items cold (4C/40F or below). 2) Cooked noodles was stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Items had been immediately cooked or discarded.

Observation: The handsink is cluttered with plastic colanders and not available for handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the handsink empty at all time. It is for handwashing only.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Foodhandler touched kitchen surfaces such as the door handles of a fridge after handling raw chicken. 2) Foodhandler washing hands with the overhead sprayer.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Always wash hands immediately after touching raw meats. 3) Do not use the overhead sprayer to wash hands. It is impossible to rub the hands together when one hand is needed to squeeze the handle continuously. Fraction is needed to remove soils and bacteria. Only wash hands at the dedicated handwashing station. Use paper towels to turn off the faucet.
