Corrective Action(s): Provide lids for all containers for bulk foods to prevent cross contamination. Further enforcement actions will be required if compliance is not met. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: The outside garbage bins are overfilled with garbage. The operator stated that the regular pick up for bins are Fridays and Tuesdays. Corrective Action(s): Increase the frequency of garbage bin pick up or provide an additional bin. The lids of the garbage bins must close properly to prevent attracting pests. Correct by: Immediately. Violation Score: 3

Follow up inspection from report #DSOG-B4ASGS: - Pest control traps (ie TinCat live traps) will be installed at the end of this week. Refer to #DSOG-B4ASGS for details. The operator must develop a written pest management plan and submit to the health inspector. - The dry storage areas (basement garage) have been cleaned, reorganized and all food items are stored on wooden pallets, at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor. Ensure to clean this area regularly as part of your cleaning schedule. - The areas noted in report #DSOG-B4ASGS have been thoroughly cleaned.
