Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two labelled bleach bottles available for use. The one in use had >200ppm chlorine and the one stored in the cupboard had 0ppm chlorine. Both bottles refilled with 200ppm at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to add 1/4tsp of bleach for each bottle (1/2tsp if using ~1L bottle). Check with the test strips available on site.

Observation: Two opened cans of diced tomatoes observed from the stand up cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to obtain more food grade containers. All opened cans should be transferred to food grade containers for later use, to prevent chemicals leaching into food.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures all satisfactory. Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Hot-holding unit not in use at this time.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in a holder. OK
NOTE: Ensure to scrub white plastic surfaces- as shown at this time for better cleaning.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-Ventilation canopy hood next service- Sep.2019.
-General food storage practice satisfactory, except mentioned above.
-General sanitation and maintenance of the facility satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-Both staff on site Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
