Routine Inspection:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface; 3 compartment sink available
- 200ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles **ensure to routinely change all sanitizer buckets for a fresh solution of sanitizer**
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower; Preparation coolers were 4C or lower
- Freezer was -18C or lower
- Hot holding units were 60C or higher
- Dry storage area was maintained in good condition; all food items were stored off of the ground
- Ventilation hood was in good condition; last clean was in March 2024
- OK Pest control comes in once a month; no evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
