302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray bottle concentration at 200ppm and (bleached the test strip). Chlorine bleach solution must be maintained at 100ppm in order to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces, yet leave no chemical residue. Corrective Action(s): Operator mixed up new chlorine bleach solution and achieved 100ppm. Operator to educate all staff on proper mixing ratios *For reference: 100ppm = ½ tsp in 1L water.
