Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open cooler at the produce section, ambient air temperature around 6.5°C. Surface temperature of sliced fruits at around 8 - 9°C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator voluntarily discarded all sliced fruits held in that cooler.
All perishable foods must be held at < 4°C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer at the meat department observed at 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer changed to be 200ppm.
Always ensure sanitizer (Quats) is at 200ppm for effective sanitizing.

Departments Inspected: Store, produce, meats, seafood, and bakery.

-Handwashing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towel, and liquid soap
-All coolers (walk-ins, display, stand-ups) except noted one in produce section are at < 4°C
-All freezers at < -18°C
-High temperature dishwasher at Bakery final rinse at 74°C
-Quat sanitizer at produce and bakery at 200ppm available
-No signs of pests observed.
-Baby food randomly checked, all within best before dates.
-Temperature logs are maintained
-Professional pest control company contracted to come regularly
-Managers and staff of different departments have FoodSafe.

**Walk-in cooler of Bakery fan is a bit dirty
**Walk-in freezer (Grocery) - food scraps/debris/garbage observed under shelves. Please clean.
**Reminder to inspect produce regularly to ensure moldy fruits are discarded.
