Follow-up inspection conducted: - Hot water available at the handwashing station by the dishwashing area. Operator is still to replace the sink to the newly obtained sink. OK. NOTE: Renovation for kitchen to occur for ceilings and floors. Facility will not be closed during the renovation, as it will take place during the night time only (after 9:00pm until the next morning). NOTE: Once the upstairs kitchen is fully in operation, renovation for the dining area will take place. Buffet service is to be provided upstairs. During this time, the access to the kitchen will be closed/sealed. Customers will be directed to upstairs without having to pass the renovation site. All areas to be covered/sealed during this time. NOTE: Operator will be opening a warehouse nearby 131st and 80Ave. Plans to be submitted on Monday for review. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
