Observation: 1) Eggs were stored above bread in the cooler unit.
2) Pest control operator placed a bait block in a corner in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Eggs were moved to the lowest shelf at the time of inspection.
2) Ensure bait blocked are stored in a secure location to prevent potential contamination of foods.

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -21C.
-Daycare area cooler/freezer was at 2C/-20C
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 26, 2027
