- Hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Discussed proper glove-use and hand washing.
- Quat sanitizer solution available in spray bottles and from dispensing unit at 200 ppm
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 76C at dish surface during rinse cycle (minimum 71C at dish surface required) - good.
- Walk-in cooler and prep coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Upright freezer was measured at -22C
- Hot held items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food covered and properly organized.
- Dry storage areas well maintained
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions
- Facility maintained in sanitary conditions overall
