Observation: Some cleaning required in the ice machine, spill under dishwasher and behind garbage cans in the front cooking line. Drying rack on top of pasta station has some food debris noted.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Boxes of gloves taped on top of mixer to facilitate access to glove usage.
Corrective Action(s): Shelving can be added instead, do not use tape as the surface is not cleanable. Manager removed tape immeidately.
