Follow up inspection conducted Sandwich display case cooler has been repaired and ambient air temperature was at 2C. Cooler unit is to be monitored daily to ensure food items are kept less than or equal to 4C. Ice machine has been cleaned. Ensure unit is routinely cleaned and sanitized so that it is maintained in a sanitary condition.
