Comments

- Handsinks are stocked
- One of the handsinks by the entrance of the kitchen has low volume of hot water coming out of the tap. Have it serviced so that it is supplied with adequate hot water volume.
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer is present
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Ice machine are maintained in a sanitary manner
- Temperature log is kept in a consistent manner
- Both glasswashers produced 12.5ppm iodine at final rinse cycle
- General sanitation is good, but deep cleaning is required under shelves
- Pest control serviced received
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
